meet our professional, legal and regulatory obligations; and

Confidentiality

Use of De-identified Data

You agree that BCI Business Brokers may use data collected in this engagement (including financial data, valuation multiples, methodology and owner-dependency assessments) for internal research.

Any such use will be de-identified and/or aggregated only, so that you and the business being valued cannot reasonably be identified. De-identified data may be retained by BCI for future use.

You warrant that you have authority to give this consent on behalf of the owner(s) of the business. This consent continues after the engagement is completed or terminated. You may withdraw it at any time by written notice to BCI Business Brokers, effective for future use only.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party technology providers to securely host our systems and process information necessary to deliver our services. These providers are authorised to process your information only for that purpose and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes.

Use of Technology and AI-Assisted Tools

We may use secure third-party technology, including software and artificial intelligence (AI) based tools, to help prepare, analyse and quality-check valuation reports and related materials. These tools are used under contractual terms that limit them to processing your information to provide services to us and, to the extent those terms allow, prevent your information being used to train their models or for their own purposes.
