He graduated in Arts and Law from Sydney University in 1976 and since then has run his own business. With his vast experience in the industry, Tony has lectured to and held seminars for over 500 agents, in the areas of Business Management, Retail Leases and Negotiation. He has delivered live seminars and webinars to the accounting and franchising industry, sharing his knowledge of business value, maximising business value and getting a business ready for sale.Tony is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers and is respected by the industry. Phil Lyons

B. Sc. (hons) & MBA Former Business OwnerPhillip Lyons has had immense experience at corporate and small business level. For six years he was National Manager, Logistics for a top 20 Public Company with his role being to obtain quality sales and optimise profits. Phil implemented a business plan which achieved this objective. Phil implemented a business plan which achieved this objective, transforming the division from loss maker to a profitable business in one year. For 13 years Phil ran his own business, increasing sales and profits on an ongoing basis from inception until it was sold. Once you meet Phil and he believes he can help you, he will sit down with you and come up with a success plan to help you to reach your business goals and objectives, whether that be to maximise its business value over time or sell for the highest price right now.Phil is also a business valuer. Over the years he has valued and sold many businesses in a wide range of industries for BCI. Mortgage Broking ExpertLesley D’Arcy rejoined BCI Business Brokers in August 2014. Prior to becoming a Licensed Business Broker, Lesley’s been involved in franchise and business sales for the last 25 years. Recruitment of Financial Planners for National Mutual in the 1980’s was Lesley’s introduction to sales in Financial Services. Lesley then joined a Business Coaching company and was head of franchise and business sales in 3 countries. In 2001 Lesley joined RAMS Home Loans to assist in the setting up of their franchise model for RAMS mobile lending. Lesley and her team recruited and set up over 50 franchises throughout Australia over a period of 2 ½ years. In 2008 Lesley joined Mortgage Choice as Franchise Recruitment Manager on a national level. This involved the sales of new franchises as well as existing businesses. After leaving Mortgage Choice after 5 years, Lesley completed her Business Broking License before joining BCI Business Brokers in August 2014. Since joining BCI, Lesley has concentrated on selling Mortgage Broking and businesses in the financial sector. Her skills in understanding the requirements in the sales process has resulted in satisfied clients, both Vendor and buyers.

Ange Graham

Administration Assistant

Customer SupportAnge Graham is the administration assistant at BCI. She joined the team in 2012 and whilst working mostly with Tony is also available to assist the other brokers as required. Ange has a background is both retail sales and account management and commits to a high standard in customer service. Amongst general office duties Ange is predominantly responsible for handling the initial stages of sales inquiry and liaising with vendors to collate important documentation required for the sale of their business. If you are dealing with one of the brokers at BCI you will almost certainly be dealing with Ange too. You will find her prompt response and cheerful manner will make your experience with BCI even more enjoyable.
