My Story – our franchisee stories

I originally met with a couple of brokers when I was applying for a home loan and Mortgage Choice was the only brand that seemed to care about my best interests. So that was part of the initiative that set up my application to become a Mortgage Choice broker.

Being a Mortgage Choice broker is about adapting myself to my clients’ needs. I chose Mortgage Choice because I discovered they are a family with all the values that reflect exactly who I am.

To get a client into a property is the greatest satisfaction we can get as a broker.

Very Bad experience dealing with BCI. I would not recommend due to unethical behaviour. I was used as bait to encourage another buyer to increase their offer although contracts were already drawn up but not yet signed. Very sneaky tactics and definitely not how businesses should conduct themselves. Following this, BCI emailed me the new contract that should have been sent to their other buyer. Complete disregard for privacy and confidentiality, how BCI are in business is beyond me. Don't trust your business sale or purchase with BCI.
